Updated: After talking to the supervisor, he reassured me that the employees unprofessionalism did not go unnoticed. He is a new hire and will be trained. The supervisor, AJ, was kind, patient and very validating. I will proceed with doing business with them. Not many companies take what clients experiences are as seriously as the supervisor did. There was some miscommunication in the beginning, but all was resolved reasonably and professionally. The work quality spoke for itself and I was blown away at how great my bathroom floors looked at the end of the job. Rais went above and beyond the scope of work and I am thrilled at the results.
