We couldn’t be happier with the ending result of our remodel (2 and 1/2 baths, 2 balconies tiled & repaired, new doors throughout, etc.). We worked closely with Robert & Zach who treated us like family, with warmth and kindness. We can tell that Robert & Zach genuinely enjoy what they do and seeing people’s lives transformed in a positive way through their efforts. This was our first remodel and the before & after is a sea change. Our dated condo was in desperate need of an update from the original 1981 tiles and cheap additions put in by previous owners thereafter. The result is truly inspiring. Even the simple things- doors that fit the frame perfectly and open & close smoothly, bathroom fans that are quiet- were probably the most transformative of all. With the new fixtures & styles, we absolutely love our improved home! I have a true appreciation of the extra efforts that Robert, Zach & their team took to make sure we were happy with the final results. In the remodel world, as I’ve grown to understand through friends and families in the industry, every home is different and poses unique challenges. Our unit, with its odd slanted walls & small bathrooms, took a lot of problem solving. They made it seem effortless, and I appreciate their hard work. We were on a small budget and they helped us figure out what was possible. They have much bigger projects than our’s, but I never felt lower on their priority list. They were very responsive via text and their teams gave us amazing results. The quality of their work is exceptional and there is great attention to detail. We were very picky and they listened every step of the way. We will definitely consider going with them for future projects.

We had a very impractical galley style kitchen that we wanted remodeled to a wrap around kitchen with central island for cooktop and food prep. Zack and Robert not only exceeded our vision but did so with impeccable customer service, top notch quality, a very competitive cost and a personal touch that we have never experienced with other contractors. After the very first meeting, they both treated us as if we were family - addressing all challenges in a smooth and calm manner that took the edge off the natural stressors that come with an extensive remodel of a kitchen. The fact that both Zach and Robert have years of hands on experience in the construction business was an absolute plus, allowing them to address all questions with expertise - and in many cases taking care of some of the work themselves as needed. It is without hesitation that we highly recommend Sky Builders ZHR. We already have thoughts on our next big construction project and will absolutely be calling Zach and Robert when we are ready to begin! You will not regret working with Sky Builders ZHR!

After speaking with so many contractors I decided to move forward with Sky Builders ZHR. Sky Builders ZHR and there whole team are very efficient, clean and they took all COVID precautions and I felt very safe with there workers. In our second meeting they provided a very detailed and professional estimate compared to few other companies that I interviewed. Four days later I signed the contract, however I preferred to start my kitchen and bathroom remodeling earlier but they started the work two months later because there waiting list. I must say that every problem that came up during the process they addressed it quickly. Sky Builders ZHR are very considerate and did a neat job so I highly recommend them and will definitely do my second bathroom with Sky Builders ZHR soon!!

Zac and Robert helped me fix a problem with my garage wall. Their price was very fair, and they solved the problem. No more worries! They are both great communicators and always took my calls. They personally stopped by at the conclusion of my job, did some final clean up, and made sure I was completely satisfied. They took the initiative to remove a comforter from my washing machine that had been stuck for months (saving me money)!!! Nice guys! I am looking forward to working with them on my next project.

Me and my mom had major remodel done that included removing a wall to create open concept in kitchen and dining area. Working with Zack and his workers was a pleasant and smooth experience. the responsiveness professionalism of the time management for different parts in the project was far beyond the expectations I will use Zack and sky builders again in the for future projects!
