- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our services have flat pricing, in case there is an uncommon project we will send one of our technician with deductible inspection fee. Once someone uses Ace Proficient, they will have discounts on every next service!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you're a new customer, we will get your information and we will set the appointment based on your preferences. You will pay the service fee whenever you are satisfied with the project. Make sure to ask for any changes or additional requests before the tech leaves your location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are background-checked with a minimum of 2 years of experience in handyman services. We have regional supervisors in every location in order to maintain high quality in our team of technicians.
