I’d been wanting to learn how to play drums since high school but just never got around to it. A friend recommended Geo highly and I finally bit the bullet and started lessons. I am so glad I did!!! Geo is such a great teacher — really patient, and responsive to my needs as a student. I work full time and Geo is always flexible. I am also not as young as I used to be and not a fast learner, but Geo is super patient and is always coming up with exercises and pieces to learn that are more my speed. He’s also so fun and just a cool dude — 10/10 recommend!!!

Geo is a very good drummer with a great attitude!!! I took lessons with him for over two years and thoroughly enjoyed my time. He has a cool approach to the drum kit that makes you look comfortable and relaxed when playing. He is experienced and knows how to quickly help you where you lack. He is patient and nice! Highly recommended for both experienced players and beginners!

I moved from LA and I can’t take lessons anymore from Geo and I’m so sad!!!! I relocated to Illinois and I cannot find as fun or as talented a teacher anywhere. Geo is so versatile and knows many different styles — I really appreciated that he tries to expose you to different genres of drumming — like surprisingly (for me) I got really into the jazz style which I don’t think I would have exposed to from a less experienced teacher. If you want to learn how to play drums from an actual professional musician, give him a call he’s the best teacher ever seriously! Miss you Geo!!!
