I recently had an exceptional experience with Gold Star AC & Heating System Company for the repair and maintenance of my air conditioning system. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The technicians arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the root cause of the issue, and offered me several repair options, including a detailed quote. What impressed me the most was the professionalism and efficiency of the technicians. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked incredibly fast. Within 24 hours, my AC was up and running smoothly again. They replace the old condenser unit with the new one and also went above and beyond by changing the filters and checking all the rooms to ensure everything was functioning perfectly, all at no additional cost. Alex quickly worked out why the cooling feature was not performing correctly. He installed three and a half pounds of freon to the system. This had a dramatic affect on the cooling quality. Alex worked rapidly and was professional, organized and timely. This helped me as we were expecting hot weather over the holiday weekend.

Alex was my night in shining armor. My home is for sale. And I had a 3pm second showing of the home today. Yesterday, my HVAC stopped working. Of course it would choose the hottest time so far this summer. So I contacted Alex late last night, and he responded immediately. Thankfully, he had time today to come by and look at the unit. To fix it, he had to rush to Culver City and pick up a part. My unit is on the roof, so once he got back, he feverishly set to work in the scorching heat trying to get the thing fixed before 3pm. I am still amazed he was able to fix everything by 2:30pm. That half an hour gave time for the house to cool down before 3:00pm, and I am happy to say, I got an offer on the house. So many thanks to Alex. He saved the day!!
