- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here is a list of our pricing when it comes to our menus for food only. Cocktail Party Menus range from $35-$85 per person Lunch Menus range from $30-$60 per person Dinner Menus range from $60-$125 per person We also provide full service catering which includes chefs, kitchen assistants, servers and bartenders for an additional charge. We also can accommodate you with any rentals needed for an additional charge. Our Minimum for any catering request is $2,500
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know what kind of cuisine the customer wants. Also, if there are any allergies or dietary restrictions I need to know about. I also need to know if they are looking to have their event staffed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a chef for over 25 years and I have a culinary degree. I have had my catering business for over 15 years.
