Definitely will use again! Ordered salads, sandwiches and cookies for a luncheon and the food was a hit. I had two people ask me for the name of the catering company and one ask before even finish eating if he could take home leftovers if there were some. The biggest plus to me is that they are conscious of packaging for environmental impact, and they have a variety of options to meet different diets/tastes. And staff was so nice! Good all around.

From the moment I had a telephone conversation with Braylon 15 or 16 months before the wedding, I knew this was the vendor for us. She made everything so effortless as the wedding was being planned from California.
The food was fantastic, beyond what we hoped for. We had the crusted red snapper, tomato basil salad, butternut squash, honey Dijon chicken, bistro filet over mashed potatoes. Our guests raved about the food stating it was not typical wedding food. The passed late night snack of BETTER than chik-fil-a chicken sandwiches was definitely a crowd pleaser! The crème brûlée is a must! To recap, if I didn’t have that initial contact with Braylon i am not sure we would have had the pleasure of hiring DCAC to cater my daughters’ wedding. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Braylon!

We booked Duane's Catering after tasting their food. They are very professional and reasonably priced. They were reliable and turned up exactly on time. Everyone loved the pig roast and the puddings. The staff were great. I would highly recommend Duane's Catering for any functions you may be thinking of having.

This was absolutely fabulous I haven't done catering too much so there was a lot I simply wasn't privy to. My group all have switched our lifestyle and are trying to eat healthier. We cut a lot of stuff out from our diet and we're very picky eaters now however the chef that cultivated our menu was very patient with us. We made a lot of changes throughout and everyone was so accommodating to us and I can't thank them enough. The food was excellent and definitely the clean eating we had described to them, I will use them again.

I'm. Not really a review writer but I had to for this , the work was spectacular. I ordered the appetizers in bulk and allowed me to customize it and I just loved the Italian stuffed mushrooms, those were the best. I love how quickly their team responded to everything.
