FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are very competitive with other professionals in the field and reflects the years of skill and materials I researched to make sure that each design is high quality and safe to put onto the guests. It is also based on the length of time needed and services to be provided. I do take into consideration distance and travel time which is added into the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is different and unique. I always like to find out what services and time lengths would best fit their needs and how I can best help them get the top quality for their event. I will always require a retainers fee to reserve the clients date and time. This will make sure that the client is secured with an artist for their event date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a face painter by trade. At a young age, my father taught me how to draw and kept up my practice as the years went on. When I decided how much I loved it and wanted to continue I watched class videos from other artists online. After a few years, I met other artists in the trade and was invited to the community gatherings where they taught me more fast design tricks, the do's and don'ts as well as how to market and navigate my business. Even today we still do this for one another.
