$30 hourly plus the cost of groceries
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will begin with a consultation process. We will discuss my pricing and what the service entails in detail. We will discuss the clients food preferences and food restrictions, if any. We will go over my seasonal menu. I am offering a sample of my cooking skills for free. The client will pay for the groceries and I will prepare the meal in their home. If the client is happy, the service will be rendered weekly and the client may choose whatever they would like to enjoy from my menu. My service includes my seasonal menu selections, grocery shopping, preparation and labeling of food, and cleaning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
9 years experience in professional restaurants as a pastry chef, sous chef, and line cook. 3 and half years experience in creating recipes based on whole foods, after becoming addicted to refined sugar. In the process of certification to become a personal trainer and nutrition coach through NASM.
