Chris Graber is a life-saver. I have gone through 7 inspectors who were unwilling to work with me or just simply ghosted me before I found Chris. He was straight forward and very reasonable. I purchased a new-build and wanted to get my own inspector. Builders require a number of documents for third-party inspectors, which usually discourages a lot of inspectors. Chris patiently provided me with all the necessary requirements right away without any fuzz. Right after his inspection, he provided me with a very thorough report that included a lot of photos. This was very timely as I received it three days before my initial walk-through, which made my entire experience less stressful as I already had some idea what to look for going into my appointment. Everything went very smoothly, thanks to Chris. I look forward to having him back again to do my home inspection before my warranty is up. Thank you again, Chris!

Chris did an amazing job with our new home inspection. We recently bought a newly constructed single family home and had Chris come out to do an inspection after we closed. He was very thorough with his inspection and helped me find some issues with the electrical panels and outlets that I had the builder fix the next day. He was very knowledgeable with the systems inside the home and was able to offer some insight due to his background in engineering. He delivered a comprehensive report the same day of inspection. Scope of work identified on my profile. I include roof with some limitations such as tile roof. We confirm price, date and time. I would need Name and email to send inspection agreement via DocuSjign That is all, simple.
