We are remodeling the the first floor and R construction has done fantastic job. He is very punctual, responsive, and very professional. His team is awesome too. Price was very reasonable too. We are very happy with his work and we will call him again for more work.

Oswaldo was very responsive, did excellent work within the time frame he estimated for the agreed upon price, and cleaned up the work site each day. I am very pleased with the finished work and would recommend him to others with similar projects. I will definitely hire Oswaldo for future projects at my home.

Oswaldo is reliable, very punctual, and works with excellence! He helped me remove an entire wall between my kitchen and dining room, remove old flooring and installed new ones, put up new recessed lighting, and I couldn't be happier with the end results! Everything was done very professionally and seamlessly. He always showed up on time and worked hard throughout the day so that the project finished in a very timely manner. I'm definitely going with Oswaldo again for any future projects, and would recommend him to anyone!

Oswaldo was amazing. Super responsive, honest, and I think that he enjoyed the work! I was concerned with seismic vulnerability of the brick veneer. I posted my existing mantle on Thumbtack, along with an idea of how I wanted the new mantle to look, and Oswaldo took care of the rest. I picked out the tile and grout, and had Oswaldo paint the walls when he was done. He even matched the crown molding and floorboards! It looks like a new room! We are requesting Oswaldo to do our bathroom.
