Much to my surprise, after a few years, the system wasn’t working well, so I called the company only to find out that they closed down and are out of business. I wasn't called, emailed, or sent a letter. They just closed and left me with a broken system and no one to service it. Just to add, this system had a warranty, but because the company closed, that warranty was void. As you can imagine, this was super frustrating and shocking to learn. I started having high bills again. I met with multiple solar companies trying to figure out how to fix my unique situation. Every single solar company that came to my house pushed me to throw away the old system and replace it completely with a new one (from their company, of course), which is quite costly! Then finally, I got in touch with Royal Construction. Thank God I did. Isaac came by and took a quick look at the system. He offered a system check up by one of their engineers to try and fix the existing system before exploring other options, and they DID! They fixed my existing system and helped me install an additional system to help me avoid electrical bills when charging our electrical vehicles. Great company, honest people and amazing customer service!"See more

Keith (The Weatherman) was by far, and surpassed, excellent in working with on this HVAC installation / replacement project. Punctual, professional, and communicative which all played a huge role in trust, reliability, and moving this Air conditioning project forward. He is extremely solution oriented, and at no time was there ever a complaint, anything negative or a “problem in the way”. In replacing the AC install unit on my 2000sq ft house he professionally advised me on availability, brands (Goodman Vs Grandaire), costs, and timelines as well as delivery options and AC accessories like thermostats etc. Growing up in this area I’ve seen those not have the best in attitudes, however this was never an issue here at all, as Keith is extremely ethical, forthcoming and knowledgeable in his expertise as an HVAC installer in the Antelope Valley area as I had searched for a few and due to response, effectively communicating and thoroughness, chose his company over others. I will definitely use Keith (The Weatherman) in the future. Thanks Keith, seriously appreciate you, you helped alleviate any doubts about this process prior to and along the way, and really went the extra distance to ensure a smooth install of the hvac unit.
