Cesar came on short notice to patch up drywall in a bathroom in our quadplex which recently had a tub installed and tiling done. He quickly identified some other issues, including an unsteady sink, gap in the baseboard, and a need for caulking near floor tile, and clearly communicated the problems and cost to fix so I could decide. He excelled and I highly recommend him. I had read he was a seasoned pro and it shows. Would certainly contact him again!
