Dan and Todd did an incredible job with our master bathroom renovation. The best part is they are the ones doing the work and not some subs. They were here every day of the project to oversee the plumbing, electrical, and construction of our bathroom and their quality of work is amazing. They had great ideas for our space and we are 100% satisfied with their work. They would clean up everyday and lock our house up as well as give us a detailed description of the work that was performed every day. We look forward to hiring them again for our next renovation.

Todd performed a complete removal of stucco of my 1938 Spanish style house. Repaired rotted wood, complete insulation of walls, ceiling and under floor. Complete bathroom remodel to the studs including relocation of tub. Plumbing and electrical work were also completed. The front patio cover was extended and the stairs were repaired and installed Saltillo and decorative stair tiles. The work was exceptional and the house looks great.

Todd, Dan, and their crew have been amazing. They converted our garage into an ADU. We loved the work they did and they've been wonderful to work with. They had great communication and guided us through the whole process. I appreciate how they and all of their workers paid attention to the many details of the project and listened to our requests. We had to do a remodel during the COVID pandemic and T. Peters construction worked very hard and efficiently to get the job done. The house was in bad shape, requiring all sorts of internal, electrical, and plumbing upgrades before we were able to really make it designer pretty. But in a few months time, the inside looks like a pristine Spanish Casita. Enjoyed working with them, they are humorous, sweet and hard working.
