First, he discovered that the “brand new” flapper Rotor Rooter claimed they replaced was never actually new, and he replaced it with complete transparency. He also installed a brand-new toilet bidet, drained an entire pipe, and fixed our kitchen garbage disposal. On top of that, he repaired the stoppers in our sink drains. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was also very kind and professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, which we really appreciated. Despite the variety of tasks and the emergency nature of the visit (we had a leak coming from the ceiling), he finished everything quickly—in less than a day! He took time out of his day on a Sunday evening to thoroughly inspect and take care of the problem right away when others said they couldn’t work on it that same day. Vick was very honest, he took pictures and videos of his inspection and explained the problem step by step. After receiving multiple quotes, Vick’s pricing was the most reasonable-he didn’t take advantage of the situation and was well aware of what others were trying to charge for the same solution. During the process he even worked around having to open a wall that would have made his job easier, which saved me money in the end. I highly recommend Vick and will not hesitate to call him again if needed in the future. He has many years of experience under his belt, and his company is the one I would definitely recommend to family and friends."See more

don matthews says, "Yesterday 04/14/2021 I had overland plumbing out to fix my kitchen faucet PATRICK arrived on time and wearing his mask checked out the problem I had a 28 year old Grohe faucet it needed to be replaced Patrick said he would go out and pick one up he asked me what type and color and style and he would be back to install it. What a AWESOME faucet he brought back like he read my mind. He installed it and looks amazing and works great. Patrick did a great installation and this is the second time I have used them and in both occasions Overland Plumbing has gone above and beyond with quality of work and GREAT PRICE.
