- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flexibility is key! With a commission based service such as selling a home, it's very important to get what you pay for. Commissions are negotiable and not fixed. If we make this a team effort, you can save thousands of dollars in commissions, for example; If your home is turn-key, then expect to pay way below the average commission. And if your home needs work, that's okay too! Our advice and resources can help transform your home into a turn-key home in no time, again saving thousands and possibly selling for more than expected!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Education, Expectations, and Delivery. I provide detailed guidance of the real estate experience/process. The goal is to have a new client enjoy peace of mind that everything will be taken care of with such ease.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been, and continue to be, educated from the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the Orange County Association of Realtors since 2003.
