What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't really have a complicated pricing for my service. I usually charged very affordable price for consultation for 1-2 hours which includes giving my ideas and plan of what I will do on the space.. I just charged very affordable hourly rate when the project starts. Im very flexible with pricing and I always work with each client"s budget and needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a few questions on the phone to get some ideas of what they want. Then I meet with the customer with initial consultation to help them meet their goals for the design project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am part of Certified Interior Decorators International and I attend training workshops to update my skills..I love to read design books to refresh my skills.. I am also a Certified E-Designer or Online Interior Designer and trained on how to use a software in order to create a design via virtually.
