I hired Rochelle to bartend my 33rd Birthday party. This is the first time I have used a bartender and servers. We hired Premium Pourers for my friends 38th birthday party that we held at our home. The bartender was beyond exceptional, and she filled in for us after a last-minute cancellation from another vendor. As promised, they arrived ahead of schedule and even offered to stay longer than originally planned as requested. The drinks were amazing, the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. In addition to bartending, she setup a custom drink list based on our preferences. (Vodka all the way!) Many of our friends at the party were impressed and wish to hire her for their next event. Thank you so much for saving the day

Rochelle was super responsive and helpful the entire time leading up to my event and it was a pleasure working out the details with her. Unfortunately, I cannot leave a 5 star review since the bartender who was supposed to serve at my party had an emergency that day and could not make it. Rochelle had tried to find another bartender for me at the last minute, but no one was available. She was very apologetic and ended up giving me a full refund, which I am thankful for. However, I was still left frustrated and disappointed. I’m sure it would have been a great experience had this not happened.
