Although no two projects are exactly the same I have over 25 years of experience performing custom projects. I am licensed and insured. I know and comply with all code, permit and OSHA regulations in order to maintain a legal and safe work environment. I have vendor accounts that help me obtain critical supplies expeditiously. I complete your project on time and on budget by observing the old rule to measure twice and cut once. I respect your property and upon completion leave it clean of debris associated with the project.

Arias Custom Flooring was interviewed and hired to do my house LVP flooring, which later I changed to engineering hardwood floor. Victor was very responsive with my first inquiries and prompt to help me with all my needs. He went through all the options to replace my carpet and recommended me few places to look for the material. After I picked the place to buy it he guided me on my options. I was able to buy a top quality flooring for the same price or less than buying from a "big-box store" which would have been a much thinner flooring.
The demolition day went very smooth and quick. Victor work with one helper, Raul, which works really fast and effective. Both of them are very respectful and worked the whole project at my house. They were always very courteous and knowledgeable.
Victor goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and always thinking ahead for you to help you plan for future situations. His craftsmanship and attention to details won't go unnoticed. Victor and Raul will always do what they can to help you and make you feel 100% satisfied.
What started as a flooring job grew into carpentry job as well. As we removed the stair railing to install the floor we decided to build a brand new one. Victor was willing to help me and he built a beautiful cable railing with custom made handrail in white oak. He removed all the old wood and custom made all over again.
He is a busy all the time but he'll find time to help you!
I definitely recommend these guys. for any flooring needs and carpentry.

We had the pleasure of working with Victor when he and his team replaced all the flooring in our home. It was such a wonderful experience! The work they completed for us was high quality and at a very fair price. We even have a rounded fireplace and he was able to make the floors look seamless all around it. The company who installed our original flooring 6 years ago left the edges around the fireplace looking very jagged and uneven, but Victor fixed it perfectly. In addition to that, Victor is just a very kind person who genuinely wants his customers to be happy. He really goes out of his way to make sure you are completely satisfied with the finished product and looks for any way he can help make things perfect. I have been in situations in the past with other contractors where work wasn’t done well and they left us hanging. I can say with 100% confidence that would never happen with Victor. He takes care of his customers, is honest and trustworthy, and a great person to work with! Thank you Victor and team for the beautiful work you’ve done for us!

Victor and his crew did a phenomenal job on our floors! Their quality of workmanship is second to none! There were many challenges with our floor and Victor was able to find a solution for every issue. We can not say enough good things about the outstanding job they did. They showed up on time every day, cleaned up their work area and were an absolute joy to have in our home. There are still some minor finishing touches that we are waiting for Victor to complete and then everything with be perfect!

Victor and his team did an amazing job upgrading the floors throughout our entire 1400 ft2 house! From the beginning Victor was responsive, honest and extremely friendly. We even had a personal emergency before the job started that delayed our communication with Victor for about a month but he still kept in touch and we got the job back on track.
Victor and his team took 10 days to remove carpet in 4 rooms and existing flooring, level, and install high-quality vinyl. He and his team put in long days but the whole job was done in 2 weeks! They were also able to preserve the new baseboards we had installed a year earlier because he knew how time-consuming they are to install, and respects the pride that people put into their homes. If I ever wanted to redo my floors again, I’d absolutely call Victor!
