- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a service call fee which covers the cost of the Technician coming to your house, providing a full inspection of your garage door and its components, and estimates for any work that may be needed based on that inspection. Anything beyond that would incur additional charges and would only be done with your approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Book appointment (typically same day or next day) 2) Technician arrives on time to your home 3) Technician presents you with findings from a thorough inspection and discusses any proposed solutions 4) Technician performs repair during the same visit (we arrive at your house with a fully stocked vehicle ready for any situation) 5) Your garage door is up and running again - this time better than before!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Technicians complete ProperShop Service Technician Training, a comprehensive training program that ensures any Technician in the field is skilled, ethical, reliable and friendly. Additionally, we provide ongoing training to Technicians in the field to continue to refine their skills and stay informed of any new products that hit the market.
