- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Talos offers customized seasonal treatments to keep your home pest-free and our customers pay a flat rate with no hidden fees. Our quarterly plan involves treatment of your home every 3 months, with the availability for free callbacks in between.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On your initial service visit, your dedicated technician will begin a knockdown treatment aimed at eliminating both visible and hidden pest activity. This comprehensive treatment is then followed up within 30 days to establish a protective barrier around the perimeter of your home, designed to keep pests at bay. This perimeter safeguard remains a staple of our ongoing visits and will continue to keep your home pest-free. As the seasons change, and pest cycles come and go, our technicians will keep you in the loop if ever a more specific treatment is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our pest technicians are board-certified and take great pride in staying up to date with the latest in pest prevention technology. Whenever possible they'll take the time to pass that information on to you. Having a close relationship with our clients and educating them on the best pest prevention methods is something we take very seriously as a company.
