Our pricing is transparent and tailored to the size and complexity of the job. We occasionally offer seasonal discounts and promotions, and any additional fees for specific requests, such as deep stain removal, are communicated upfront during the consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a consultation to understand the customer’s needs, followed by an on-site assessment to inspect the furniture or carpets. We then provide a detailed quote, explaining the cleaning process step by step. Once approved, we perform the service with precision and care, ensuring the customer is fully satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed specialized certifications in upholstery and carpet cleaning from recognized institutions, along with hands-on training in stain removal and fabric care. Additionally, my team and I regularly attend workshops to stay updated on the latest cleaning techniques and technologies.
