- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Dear Students , We offer very versatile classes range from 30minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes to your preferred time as much as we can. Specifically, I also teach professional piano class and music theory. Since Covid19, we offer special rate for students who are passionate about learning piano. For each class special rate please contact us, and we will sent all details to you . Thank you .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer both online and in-person classes. For in-person class: We will charge very reasonable amount of travel fees. It all depends on your specific location. ( You do not have to worry about being overly charged, as we promised, it will be reasonably charged ). :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
