I love Park Tutoring. They broke down the material and made a whole entire lesson plan for me when I first got onboard. I am currently studying to take the SAT and AP tests and I'm already noticing a huge difference! Excited to work with them on my college applications as well!

One of my weakest subjects in school was math. I was searching for tutoring companies for a while but none of them could accommodate the time that I needed. Park Academy offered tutoring time outside their open hours and they were very accommodating. Furthermore, they were very professional by giving me a lesson plan based on my needs and writing me progress reports as I requested. Furthermore, they gave me a document camera and had the tutor share their screen, so it was as if the tutor was teaching right next to me. Additionally, the tutor was able to share more information with me in real time since I could see whatever he was pulling up on the web browser. They offer one free session, so I would definitely take advantage of that!

Very helpful, Knowledgeable and Patient Teacher,Mr. Park is great, patient and understanding teacher. He is a tremendous teacher and It's obvious that he's talented. My brother is excited to continue his lessons at Park Academy. He was able to go over the material for the math section and helped my younger brother overcome the way he viewed math. As someone who has suffered from math anxiety through-out his entire education, Mr. Park was very patient and gave him confidence in math. I will definitely be using Park Academy as a tutor moving forward

My name is Parth, and I will be attending UC Berkeley next fall. I've had the pleasure of working with Park Academy for the past 2 years, working with me on my ACT, college application writing, and AP courses.I'd like to give my highest recommendation to this tutoring center because of the level of personalized attention they give their students, and the quality of tutors that they work with. For example, they have College Board AP exam graders as their AP course tutors and tutors who've scored in the 99th percentile for the SAT and ACT. They do a deep analysis on your SAT/ACT weaknesses and pin point on those question types.I've been able to achieve a perfect ACT score and maintain almost a perfect GPA working with Park Academy, while working with Director Jun Park directly. Jun has also worked with admissions officers from Harvard, Northwestern, UC Berkeley, UCI, and Claremont McKenna, and offers a comprehensive college application writing program. Park Academy also offers a leadership class for students who want to found their own organizations to make tangible changes in their community.By far, this is the best tutoring company I've worked with. Good luck students!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our tutoring fees are $75/hr. We offer 1 free trial lesson upon request.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free trial session. After that, upon request, we will write an academic proposal writing out students' goals and targets, strategies, topics, duration of tutoring, and how many sessions we recommend so that the parents know exactly what to expect from our tutoring sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Education Science from the University of California - Irvine. I have 800 in SAT I and SAT II. Furthermore, I have passed CBEST and CSET Subtest 1,2, and 3 which qualifies me to teach up to Calculus BC. Some of our senior instructors are currently attending or have degrees from top universities such as Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, University of Pennsylvania, University of Chicago, Johns Hopkins, UC Berkeley, UCLA, USC, NYU, and etc.
