I only want a quick job , partially painting, so I asked a color match with an existing wall. The painter was not able to color matching professionally . He asked me to take him to HD and picked a color from color chips based on his suggestion, which not working with the rest of the house He then leave without completing it and blame to his language barrier.
The reason he keeps saying is: 1. He can only paint ( not able to do color matching) 2. He doesn’t understand English ( he tried to text, but refuse take action to get the job done professionally)
Details: Home • 4 rooms • Walls • 10 - 14 feet (high ceiling) • Repainting, with same color • Fair - minor holes and scratches • Homeowner or property manager • No, this is not new construction • No, I will move things out of the way myself

Vivian, thank you for your feedback. I would like to say on my own behalf that you did a very nice job. Firstly: you chose the paint colour yourself, I only agreed with your choice. Secondly: you were present the whole day while I was working and didn’t say a word about the fact that you weren’t happy with the paint colour. Then the next day you said that the paint colour didn’t suit you. To which I told you that I could fix it, but you reacted very rudely and shouted loudly. So I left so as not to listen to your shouting.
