- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Based upon the information that you provide on Thumbtack we will be able to use our years of experience to give you a close to accurate estimate for your desired work. To lock in and make certain the estimate we gave you is correct we offer in home no cost written estimates as well to seal down all the materials choices and design options leaving you with not only a price for the remodel but also a schedule of payments so you know exactly what to expect at each stage of the project. We know that each remodeling project is different and we strive to work with budgets of every amounts, our main goal is to give you the living space of your dreams and we are able to work with you from many different aspects to ensure that happens!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at Sky Renovation we pride ourselves on customer service. We make sure you have many different phone numbers to be able to contact us at any time during your project. We understand you're not just shopping for a TV, you are allowing us inside your home and we make certain that you feel as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process. We like to set up a schedule from the beginning so you know what is happening from start to finish. Throughout the duration of the project you will be updated at every step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our project managers have a minimum of 10 years experience in general contracting. We have reputable reviews, and have a long list of previous happy customers all over the Los Angeles area that stand behind our work as well. We would be happy to show you our previous remodeling and renovation projects from the past.
