I requested for an estimate from 3 different companies. Chad from Fibrenew responded to my email within an hour and also called to follow-up the next day to give me an assessment of the photos I sent. He informed me that the leather couch my parents bought is a mixed material, and not 100% leather, which would not be worth the repair. I am better off getting a replacement instead of spending the money for repair. Chad is very knowledgeable, honest and responsive. I would absolutely recommend Chad at Fibrenew.

Im glad I called Chad with Fiberenew. I have a classic truck with bucket seats that I accidentally made a tear in the vinyl. Went to some upholstery shops and they wanted to revinyl the whole seat, which I didnt one to do for one little tear. Chad came to my house, fixed the tear and matched the color to the vintage vinyl I have. Really happy I found him and was able to fix and preserve my original seat. I highly recommend Chad and Fiberenew!

Chad is the best! When he arrived, he asked what I hoped to accomplish as I have a vintage leather sofa. Chad went above and beyond what he said he could do. Did I mention it was a cold rainy day?! Instead of rescheduling, he got the job done! He told me that I had a very good piece of furniture that should last for a good while after his process. I am very pleased with the results and his stellar professionalism. Thank you again Chad!
