I have had my pups since they were puppies. One is 6 years old and the other pup is 10 years old. They were super reactive to other dogs, cars, people, pretty much anything that moved. I contacted Trena and she was absolutely amazing. She quoted me for 8 sessions for both dogs and I could have sworn I would most likely need more. But sure enough after only 8 sessions my pups no longer are reactive. She has calmed them so much I do not even recognize them anymore. I can now walk them and even take them with me on vacation. Although, I do have Trena board my pups at times and they absolutely love her. Sometimes they don’t want to leave her. I highly recommend working with Trena. She really gets down to business and gets things done.

Trena has worked magic helping me to train my now 6-month old golden doodle puppy who is overly enthusiastic and hugely energetic. She clearly loves dogs and somehow gets them to obey her! I have had 5 of the 6 training sessions I purchased from her-- at my house. I like it that she comes to my home and trains my dog for his actual living environment. Of course she is really training me more than my dog! She checks in on me between lessons and is available for advice in between training times. I have a ways to go to have a well behaved dog but I have confidence and "tools" she has given me in this puppy stage training arrangement! I boarded my puppy with her while I had to be gone for a week of travel. This was a huge plus--leaving him with someone who knew and loved him and would reinforce the behaviors I am trying to establish!

Trena knows what she is doing. I’ve tried two other trainers before her and still could not get Ben to listen to me let alone walk with me. After a few sessions with twenty four hours he was a different dog. She’s great and so is my dog. I’m still having her work with both of us. Andrea

I’ve known Trena for almost 2 years now and booked with her multiple times. She accomodates us even on holidays! I’m so grateful to have met her. She’s the only one I trust my dog with everytime we need to go out of town. She takes care and loves my Nugget 100%. She keeps me posted while i’m away and I really don’t worry about my dog while on vacation. Would highly recommed her service!

She goes above and beyond. I originally was looking for a dog walker which then turned into dog training and dog sitting. I use her for everything. She is absolutely amazing with my pup. She cleans my home while pet sitting my pup at my home and brings in my mail. I hired another dog sitter before her and I came home to a huge mess , trash over filled and dishes in the sink. It was awful. I now have a piece of mind when I’m away and know my pup is fully taken care of. I love that I found her. Definitely recommend

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to best fit my clients budget as much as I can. I do offer packages and individual pricing. However, I do also adjust to best fit my clients needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client hires me, I make sure they feel like they are part of our family. I make sure I am always there for them, take care of their pet like they were my own, my clients can call me day or night and I am always checking in with them, to see how their pet is doing, how the training is going and how can I help in any way. I also will go to any pet supply house and pick up any food or other supplies for their pet. I want my clients to know they can count on me no matter what. My personal connections with my clients and their pet is what makes my job the best job ever!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied dogs and their behavior almost my entire life. They are fascinating creatures. I have been mentored by the most renowned trainers and have learned unique qualities along the way. Dogs are highly intelligent, more than we can imagine. Working with such amazing animals is such a dream come true!
