- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That we are there to listen to details from the customer. Then make sure our excellent team gets the right tools and motivation to get the move done fast and safe at $89per hour for...2 guys and the truck, with a 3 hour minimum charge and a small transportation fee depending on how many miles are in between pick-up and drop-off location. That is it absolutely no hidden fees at all! Not even a fee for stairs!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There really is no typical process. Every customer is unique in their own way and we are open to ideas. The one thing that remains the same for every customer is our team and Donnie are there to help in any way they can and to get the job done fast and most importantly safe. Please dont hesitate to ask us for any help that might Unexpectedly needs to be done. That is why we are there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Donnie worked at a wood working company for 10 years. They made high end custom residential cabinetry, door's, and high end custom fabrication. Their customer base was mostly main stream celebrities. For the first 4 years Donnie delivered, assembled / unassembled furniture, doors, and wood working pieces for the homes and Studios. For the last 6 years he operated A CNC machine. He also did the majority of Milling on a CNC beam saw. That line of work really showed him how to value, respect, transport, and care for finished products. He continued to disassemble / assemble finished products such as home furniture throughout his time working there.. He now applys what He learned in those 10 years to our business. Donnie utilizing that experience really helps out our customers with their move.
