- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The following charges apply: > $65 in-home consultation fee. Upon hire, $30 will be credited to your 1st invoice when you schedule your project within 60 days of consultation. > Lead Organizer Rate: $65 per hour > Additional Organizer Rate: $50 per hour > Shopping Rate: $30 per hour + cost of item(s) purchased (no mark-up) **Pricing does not include hauling items to a donation center - to be discussed during in-home consultation**
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. The typical process starts with a free, brief phone consultation to hear about your needs & what you are looking to do. 2. If interested in going forward, then an in-home consultation would take place to physically see what the specific needs & priorities are in order to assess what an estimate of cost & time would be. 3. At the time of the in-home consultation, you can either keep the tips & particulars discussed during the consultation & do the project yourself or you can hire Custom Organizing Solutions to assist you with meeting your needs.
