Bates Development is very functual. They started two of our bathrooms together and finished one week earlier than promised. Troy Bates is true professional and gives a quality product. he brings in a high quality plumbing professionals who do a great job. we did not have any change order. Troy finished the job for the original negotiated price. excellent team and I highly recommend them.

Troy was Phenomenal!!!!! He helped us from the start and provided great design suggestions. Very prompt and courteous with his proposal. During the renovation, Troy was very honest, attentive and responsive to some of our changes and went out of his way to help us complete additional tasks.... Cannot ask for a better contractor!!! I’ve been screwed over in the past by contractors, so I was a little skeptical when I needed some work done. But, bates development has changed my entire perspective. Troy was upfront and honest about everything including the nitty gritty that most contractors are afraid to bring up. As long as bates development is around, that’s all I will use. Great company and all the workers were a joy to have in my home.
