- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my prices as low as I can reasonably support my family off of. You can expect to pay notably less than any company with more than one van on the road.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out as soon as I can, preferably by phone, and set up a time to come out. I always make sure to check the water pressure and heater while I am at the property, and show the homeowner how to shut the water down in case of an emergency if they don’t already know. I like to think of myself as a doctor checking your home’s vitals. We want it to live a full and healthy life!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a medium sized non-commission based plumbing company out of Costa Mesa for five and a half years.
