In a rush to get my roof redone from scratch (100 year old shake!) in between rainy December days, they got the job complete before the torrential rains last winter and it's beautiful, has held up great and they beat 3 other contractors estimates. Very pleased.

First, I requested 5 separate proposals from 5 highly rated local roofing companies to repair/replace a roof. After scheduling and while waiting for their bids, I did a thorough check into the past business history of each one. I chose HD because of their high level of customer satisfaction on every site, bonded, licensed, insured, and a very detailed/easy to understand proposal. Throughout the entire process, Project Manager Ricky maintained excellent communication with me from product selection, ordering, delivery, obtaining a permit, installation and warranty info. Thorough clean up of the job site. CoVid adherence guidelines are a must for me and I am thoroughly satisfied.

I called in for several quotes to replace my roof. Hector was the 1st to come out. He measured the roof and gave me an estimate, and later sent an email with a contract, warranty information, and the cost. There was no big sales pitch which occurred with one of our estimates that quoted me almost 10k more, with the exact same materials Hector uses. That company even wanted to charge me extra for anything over and above what they may have missed in the quote including the permit. Hectors estimate included everything. One of the other quotes we got said our roof was bigger than it really was and told me a cost with a 1k discount and it was still 4k more than Hectors quote. We scheduled for a start date of May 8th. His crew came out early and started removing the old roofing. The team leader was really great, considerate, and actually left our property cleaner than they found it. The next day the other crew came out to start prepping the roof. Wednesday the materials arrived and they were done the following day around 2pm. I really like the quality of work these guys did, and the professionalism and courtesy they had for my property. This is a great company and will definitely recommend to anyone I hear needing a new roof.

Hector and his men are dedicated workers. They stripped off our roof the first day and the next day they replaced the plywood that was bad and started the shingles. They went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with them on our property leaving it perfectly clean upon their departure each day. I would highly recommend them. They did so many other things to sure was our roof was perfect. They are very competitive in price.
