- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cheap work isn't good....Good work isn't cheap... but I still do not overcharge ANYBODY. I believe in being fair no matter how much $ a customer has.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to go see the job in person so I can introduce myself. I ask them exactly what they want, but will make suggestions to make sure the job comes out perfectly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
100% on the job training since 1999.... I say "since" because I still learn. as o go. I make it a point to remain teachable no matter what my experience level.
