Alex is great at explaining what the issue is, and all potential options for repairs. On both occasions I have had to call a plumber, Alex has responded quickly, arrived on schedule, and has provided good value for the work that needed to be done. Alex came on short notice and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to compete the job on the spot and for less money than other quotes. He also was able to also suggest a repair to our pressure regulator which may have been the root of the issue. He worked hard to complete the work quickly even though it was more complicated than initially seemed. Would highly recommend Alex and Aim plumbing.

Quick response to my inquiry on Thumbtack and showed up as scheduled on the same day as the request. Both plumbers were personable and professional. Fast, quality repair/replacement of a residential water pressure regulator. Although the pricing was slightly higher than what I would have liked to pay, it was within range of what was expected for the area ($250) based on the level of skill required and how quickly I wanted it addressed. Thanks again guys.
