FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well, every project we build is built specifically for each customer’s home to the design and decor of other features usually within their home. So our work becomes a one of a kind project which doesn’t allow us to enjoy economies of scale as mass furniture manufacturers can. Our prices are competitive and we make every effort to be reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond to all requests and ask several questions to get a clearer idea of the vision they have for their project. I have found that this allows both parties to start communicating and building trust in moving forward. I then schedule a meeting to gather all the specifics to provide an accurate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully licensed C-6 contractor specializing in finish carpentry and custom cabinetry. Wood working was my hobby for many years in which I was able to develop my skills by building projects for my own home, friends and relatives. Making a piece of furniture for a relative or close friend forces you to improve and refine your skills for fear of having to see what you built again and again over time. Not to mention, family and friends can be brutally honest and news travels fast. I never wanted to hear that my project was used as firewood!
