- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would first reach out to the new customer so I could get to know them. Then I would discuss the project. During this phase I would utilize my active listening skills and take notes. I try to understand every clients needs and how I can best serve them in the completion of the project/task. I use this time to answer questions, but also let them know that they can contact me should anything come up while they are deciding if they would like to move forward with my services. I build as much trust as possible within the first meeting to set the tone for both a collaborative and positive experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working in this industry in 1983 and have worked for family home business building custom homes. I then became licensed in 1994. I keep current by researching new developments in the industry and keep up with best construction practices.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all different types of customers, both residential and commercial. I enjoy talking to people about what they need and coming up with solutions together and collaboratively. I encourage questions and will do my best to answer them honestly and directly.
