- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on initial understanding of the project(s). The better the understanding of the work involved the more accurate the estimate of work will be. The greatest opportunity for this work is ability to inquire about other projects while on-site, much of the pricing is built in the travel as we live in the Bay Area. Take advantage of the help while on-site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key to smooth and efficient flow for both sides. Understanding a preference helps tremendously. I utilize all methods but preference would be text, phone, email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All comes from personal work experience with various projects and relationships with employers in the trades.
