Previous to Home Inspections, I was a Union Bridge Carpenter. I have 19+ years working in construction! I started at 18 and worked my way from the ground up, and I mean “Literally ground up” I became a Union Journeyman Carpenter and have built hospitals, YMCA’s, camps, houses, commercial buildings such as hotels and more. Chris responded very quickly to my request and took the time to answer all of my questions. His prices are fare and did the job quickly and accurately. He even caught a mistake on my report and without having to ask he resent my report with the correct information. I would use Chris again for any future home inspections.

I hired Chris to do a home inspection on a property I was about to purchase. He was able to get me into his schedule right away the next day and it was such a life saver that he got my inspection done on such short notice. The home I was in escrow for was a remodel and it looked AMAZING! However, Chris found some very serious issues during his home inspection which would of costs us thousands to repair. Seller was not willing to come to terms with us on doing the fixtures properly and legally therefore we cancelled escrow. Chris saved me from what would have been a horrible purchase.

Chris responded quickly, made himself available for whatever time and day I needed, he was on time (he got there before I did) and was very thorough with my home inspection. I offer detailed home inspections with affordable pricing I also inspect unwalkable roofs with my DRONE at no extra charge
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will explain to them exactly what I will be inspecting how long it’ll take and the price. I usually do the outside and the roof first and then I go inside
