- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service prices are competitive to local industry standards. We follow a price book for every service call and repair. From a quick easy fix to an invasive repair or complete install we guarantee our fair prices will come with quality and integrity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ameduri Air Inc. will always write a service work order for any service performed. For all new customers, we gather equipment information at the home or business such as filter sizes, model numbers, and equipment location information. We will make these notes to save in our system for future records and stored equipment history. This also allows our customers to have a detailed copy of work performed and for their record as well. If you ever lose this hard copy, we will have this saved in our system, just give us a ring.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ameduri Air Inc. has over 10-years of install and service experience for both residential and commercial applications. We are certified through HVAC trade schooling and licensed through the state of California. Our technicians are also trained in welding and how to handle refrigerant gasses. Ameduri Air Inc. Is universally certified with the EPA.
