- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge monthly per device and according to the number of users in your organization for Managed Services. For hourly consulting our standard rate is $150 but we have reduced rates for Thumbtack members.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask basic questions regarding business operations and practices, infrastructure and plans for the next 1,3,5 years.
