Aleks was communicative and professional. He moved two upright pianos: one five miles away in Glendale and another within the premises. I didn't know that one person could move a piano alone!

I originally reached out for a piano move only but really liked my interactions with Jaden so asked him to quote me on the move of my entire condo. I was not disappointed. Jaden and his team did a fantastic job. They were fast, extremely courteous, and did their job in the time quoted. I would highly recommend him for any move (BTW, my piano was moved perfectly!).

While they mentioned they had a move earlier in the day, they agreed to move the piano into the moving truck about 1:00. They called to say they were NOT done and reschedule. Unfortunately the piano needed to be loaded first. It would have been more responsible to not accept the job rather than leave me waiting. I was offered a discounted service later, but the truck was leaving that afternoon.

My parents have moved baby grand couple times before and they were impressed how Alek went to pick up the piano. They really took great care. Mine was delivered from Oxnard to Glendale. Thanks for taking great care of my instrument. I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs to move pianos.
