- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is always discussed in advance and confirmed by the client before the work begins. All receipts for purchased materials are provided, with no additional payments or fees! No deception—everything is open and transparent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always happy to welcome new clients! First and foremost, I learn about the client's needs and how I can help. Photos and detailed descriptions of the task are very helpful for me during the initial inquiry from the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On November 14, 2022, I received a Certificate of Completion for the OSHA 10-Hour Outreach Training Program in Construction. I also have seven years of experience in repair and maintenance.
