FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system for fumigations however for most services we must first inspect before quoting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial services start with an interview and inspection for bugs inside of the home. This will allow us to know what treatment strategy to execute as not all treatments are the same and the treatments depend on the type of pest and other circumstances. For interior treatments you have to be out generally for about 2 hours. It will be longer for bed bug treatments; 6 hours. For termites fumigations you will be out for 2 nights and 3 days. All people including pets must be out of the house during the treatment period. Other instructions apply depending on the type of service, we will provide further instructions at that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a high school graduate. I recieved a GED first then my high school diploma. I started work instead of college where i studied and trained like an entomolgist with chemical application training, and i always invest time in english literature, etc. My education and studies are always on going, i will never cease to feed my brain with knowledge. By law i am also required a certain amount of hours in continuing education which i happily oblige. I am currently licensed with the state of California and have been so since 2003.
