I had a long-standing issue with my drain backing up from insane root growth, and after trying a few quick fixes with other companies, I knew I needed a real solution.These guys came through big time. They assessed the situation carefully, explained everything clearly, and used top-of-the-line equipment to tackle the problem. The hydro-jetting service was impressive. It blasted everything out, and it even got out some disgusting grease buildup.They did a before and after camera inspection as well and showed me live footage from inside the line with their camera. I basically have brand-new pipes. It gave me total confidence that the job was done right.The pricing was great, and the professionalism stood out. Easily a 5-star experience. When it came time to sell our home the buyers had an inspection done on the sewer. We had some serious cracks in the sewer line and didnt want to deal with digging up my yard. Spoke with Erik and he suggested a trenchless pipe lining. He explained the process in detail, and the whole job was done in a day. My sewer is looking like new and I didnt have to deal with a huge mess. This was a fast and affordable option for us. We were soo happy with the results considered how serious this might have been and the buyers couldnt be more relieved about getting the problem taken care of. Great option if you need repairs but dont want your yard torn up.

Highly suggest Sewer Heroes they were so helpful with my late night emergency!I a bad toilet drain that kept backing up and Id usually try to open it up myself but this time I couldnt and knew I had to call in a professional. I called Sewer Heroes and they sent someone out super quickly. He quickly figured out that my clog was in my main plumbing and removing the toilet to gain access in order to work. He ran a snake through the line and cleared it up fast. Really good service. Happy with the price and will call them again if I ever need to. Thank you!

I cant thank Sewer Heros enough. If youre dealing with a plumbing emergency, these are the people you want on your side.It was 11 PM on a Saturday. My wife was in the shower, and out of nowhere, I noticed water coming up from every drain in the house. Total chaos. Toilet paper on the floor, water pooling everywhereI was freaking out. As a first-time homeowner (who made the bold choice of buying a 1950s house), I knew plumbing issues were bound to happen, but I wasnt prepared for this.I called four different companies that were listed as open, but none of them were any help. Either no one answered, or they gave me the runaround. Then I found Sewer Heros, and it was like a breath of fresh air. The person on the phone was calm, helpful, and actually walked me through some steps to try and fix it myself before sending someone out. They even advised me to shut off my main water line to prevent things from getting worse.After trying a few things, it was clear this was a bigger job. Their schedule was packed for Monday, but they promised to get to me first thing. They even followed up the next morning at 9 AM, but I had an appointment I couldnt miss. No problemthey worked around my schedule and came out after my workday.By 6 PM, they pulled up in a sleek, professional van, and I instantly felt like I was in good hands. They got right to work diagnosing the issueturns out my drain to the main line was clogged. The tricky part? I didnt have a cleanout for that drain. But these guys know their stuff. They found a way through a random air pipe on the side of my house, got their equipment in there, and within an hour, everything was back to normal.Then, to top it all off, they ran a camera through the pipe to make sure nothing was left behind. That kind of attention to detail is rare.I was bracing myself for a huge bill because Ive heard horror stories from my neighbors. But Sewer Heros was extremely reasonable and fair. No gimmicks, no upsellingjust honest, high-quality work.I genuinely cant recommend them enough. If you ever find yourself in a plumbing nightmare, call Sewer Heros. You wont regret it.
