I reached out to Isaac for a last minute almost same day Sunday haul. He and his team have been very responsive and professional. I received a phone call to confirm the detail of what needs to be hauled right away. The estimation of cost and time was confirmed. The team showed up on time and helped to haul away everything in less than 1 hr. I’d highly recommend their business for junk hauling if you live in SJ area. The price is fair. Great value with professionalism!

I was looking for someone that would repurpose a treadmill I didn’t want and Isaac was the only one to tell me he would. We had an error on our part, and Isaac was willing to come back to get the forgotten items within a n hour of leaving. He wanted to “make it right.” Going above and beyond is rare these days and I highly recommend this company!!

Requested appointment for two later from time of request. Received confirmation. I was told that contract or confirmation will come next day. It did not. I checked by sending message and was told that “be assured your appt is on”. Next day, day of appt, I received text that we will be there between 10-11 am. Appt was for 8 am. I had to go to funeral. I cancelled it.
