- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you have special customs and want me to remove shoes or place shoe coverings on my feet every time I enter the house or leave to get tools please tell me before I quote a job these types of services add a lot of time and fatigue to the job, I will be happy to accommodate as long as it doesn't interfere with my health or safety. My standard work procedure is to use special sourced none slip leak proof drop cloths at the entry point for 12 feet and in the work area. I will also use furniture blankets on the counters and under my tools. We wear non skid none marking clean soft sole house shoes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to use Thumbtack for all starts of communication as to have all questions and answers in one space. My schedule is typically weeks out, building something from scratch takes Design, Planning and Material Procurement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have set up lean manufacturing cells and Learned and operate a Busselato cnc machine, I was one of the first small shops in the valley with one.
