- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When it comes to implementing technology it is important to have both knowledge and experience. The owner is also senior network engineer with a degree in computer science from UCI in 1998. This combined with over 20 years of experience is absolutely necessary properly deploy complex technologies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Dean started out managing networks and unix and windows servers for a major teaching hospital in Orange County. He later moved on to manage audio video and telemedicine for the entire hospital. Today we implement technology for businesses large and small. This broad background in various areas of IT and technology really allows us to to design, engineer, and implement the best solution for customers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have experience working with all types of customers from residential to commercial. The building types including single family homes to entire condo complexes to industrial warehouses. We work with owners, landlords, property managers, and HOAs. The thing that sets us apart is we always put the customer first. We put ourselves in the shoes of the customer in order to fully understand the needs.
