- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will be based on project needs and will give you an estimate based on my visit after seeing the job and/or photos or videos provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a visit to see the project in question, explain to the customer the process and what they would like to get done. Provide options and ideas on projects, show a portfolio of my previous work. If a customer needs an estimate asap I can request for photos or videos and based it on that. I will then provide an estimate and if approve we will continue with scheduling a date and time to begin project. I provide rough materials only and let customers purchase finishing materials/items just because there's a million types of styles, models, tastes, pricing etc.. that only the customer can decide on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my initial experience working for a very reputable installation company in Orange County doing most work in high end Orange County coast for several years. I have also worked with a Los Angeles company doing work in high end residential areas. I have continued my experience with my own company, take vendor classes to keep informed on the most updated products and installation process. Got my contractors license with CSLB.
