Introduction

ACME has knowledgeable Termite Inspectors that care about you and your property. We always provide a written Inspection Report and we offer a variety of termite treatments, from fumigation tents to alternative Local Treatments. We can provide Real Estate Inspection Reports and can work with escrow. We repair all types of termite damage, dryrot/fungus damage and other wood destroying pest damage on a variety of property types; commercial, multi-tenant and single family homes. We are also experienced and able to address issues unique to beach properties, hillside locations, custom homes and flat land structures. Because we care, when we do our repair work, we include pre-treatment of new lumber. We also prime & finish paint the new lumber prior to installation! Our prices are extremely competitive and we warranty our work. We care about each property we work on, as if it is our own. We look forward to earning your business!

We had a wonderful experience with Acme fumigating our house. Ken and his crew were honest, hard working and fair. We fumigated with them and had them repair the wood on our shingles and they did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to anyone who was dealing with termites.

Really great to work with. More knowledgeable and experienced than other companies. They did thorough work and made sure all areas were treated for termites and protected against future termites. Easy to communicate with as well. They even came back to treat an area I was not previously aware of a couple months after completing the work, free of charge. Good prices as well. Highly recommend them. And will be using for future projects.

Ken was responsive and proactively volunteered to come out on a Sunday to provide a free estimate. He was quite thorough and assessed the problem quickly and recommended a fair solution. He also explained the ins and outs of the procedure in great detail. I was extremely pleased with how communicative Ken was throughout, and would absolutely work with him again. His work was fast, clean and hardly left a mark (the procedure require drilling into our concrete porch and injecting a chemical to kill the termite colony). I highly recommend Ken.
